Art for the People, by the People, Chickens Viewing Art In a chicken garden in Wünschendorf-Elster, art was presented to an unusual audience: chickens. Among paintings and installations, the birds encountered art without bias, whether as a play of colors, shapes, or potential food. As the feast began, a philosophical question arose: Who is art for? The chickens, free from interpretation and judgment, demonstrated that art doesn’t need to be understood but experienced. This exhibition revealed that art doesn’t belong to the elite but to anyone who perceives it, even in a chicken coop.
